WORK EXPERIENCE
Service & Erection Senior Engineer"– (1998 – Present):
Consulting and Technical Engineering Co. (CATEC)- Alex-Egypt
Job Responsibilities:
* * Follow up of maintenance contracts –mechanical systems-for different types of industries (food industries, pharmaceutical, beverages, textile, water treatment plants, paper mills ….) including utilities (Boilers, Air Compressors, Diesel Generators & water treatment units).
* Complete Installation and commissioning of different kinds of textile machines (washing ranges, stentors, dryers, sanforizing, calendars and dry cleaning machines).
All erection and commissioning activities are anchored to ensure completion of projects within the time and cost frames and effective resource allocation to maximize outputs.
* Design and Erection of different piping networks (air, fuel, steam and water) for new plants projects.
* Complete Installation and commissioning of Boilers ( Head of Unit for regional installation team for LOOS boilers GMBH Germany).
* Service Engineer for Steam boiler contracts for petroleum companies (Schlumberger, Power well,..).
* Above work scope extends a list of foreign and local clients (Turkey, USA, KSA, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Sudan, Congo, Cambodia, Eretria, Syria, Nigeria, Jordon, Italy,Tanzania, Honduras, ….).
Thus acquired proficiency in managing maintenance and work teams with different origins.
* Work Scope for the above included also managing and leading of a team of engineers and technicians to meet the target installation and maintenance operations/jobs inside and outside Egypt following international standards for operation and safety.
* Work Scope also included service visits to some Petroleum Service Companies (Schlumberger, PMS, etc). Job was operating Steam Boilers and connecting steam hoses to gas heaters during well testing operations.

Training in LOOS Boiler Company on the new versions of the boiler software.
Training in WEISHAUPT Burner Company on the new versions of the burner software.
Training in SAACKE Burner Company on the new versions of the boiler software.
Technical Manager –(From November 1995 To August 1998)

Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the operation & maintenance of boiler house ( oil boilers and steam boilers ), water treatment stations, transfer pumps, electric power generators, central air conditioning system inside the factories and the offices, telephone network inside each factory, central fire fighting and fire alarm network maintenance.
* Setting and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for the various machinery and equipment to increase machinery uptime and equipment reliability.
* Managing the maintenance for dye house, circular knitting factory and three garment fabrication factories.
* Managing maintenance work team
* Planning maintenance charts for the whole factories.
* Implemented spare parts inventory control system for all factories.
* Responsible for Training programs for the maintenance team and shop floor thus improving general factory performance and minimizing operation losses.
Maintenance Engineer –(From October 1994 To October 1995)

* Machine Installation and commissioning for the new factory (at Borg El-Arab area).
* Set all maintenance plans in order to provide better machine service and enhance efficiency and productivity of all machines, utilities and manpower.
* Initiated effective maintenance plans which increased operation efficiency.
* Handling emergency conditions.
* Proactively identify areas of obstruction and take steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting techniques.
* Deal with electrical problems for the all machines inside the factory.
