* Successfully secured contracts for the company fending of competition from 6 other suppliers. This involved preparing detailed estimates for contracts to the value of £3million for the construction of crude oil storage tank foundation and other civil engineering refurbishment work
* Delivered a complicated business critical road junction 3 days earlier than the planned deadline. This was achieved through detailed planning, communicating clear instructions and expectations, ordering all equipment and material and gaining approval. Regularly reviewed project timescales, which allowed time to resolve and eliminate any delays. * Seen as a problem solver and frequently approached to successfully deliver project on time, which were previously under performing. * Managed a number of project streams within the overall Remediation project for the Sungai Bera Holding Basin.
* Responsible for general site maintenance, liaison with client and subcontractors on all site activities of the project, planning and implementations of QA/QC program.

* Executed structures for the treatment of Hydrocarbon contaminated sludge, soil and water.

* Given extra responsibility to oversee the hydrocarbon contaminated waste water treatment (Dissolved Air Floatation unit) plant. This involved wastewater treatment operation, maintenance and processes such as chemical dosing coagulation, floagualation, sludge removal and aeration.

* Reported directly to the Board of Directors in the Brunei and was responsible for the Jalan Gadong Road Widening Works (5km).
* Co-ordinated and planned development strategy and resource deployment.
* Effectively co-ordinated a team of 30 + highly skilled trade persons to ensure that work was completed to a high standard and within timescales.
* Ensured stringent ISO 9002 quality standards compliance.
* This project incorporated new water transmission steel pipes (914 Ø) and water distribution ductile iron pipes (300 Ø) were constructed for 2.5 K.M, including tests for welding, pressure, flushing and disinfection.
* Executed road with soil exchange, subsoil drains and surface drains and catchments drains R.C. box culvert, pipe culverts and small bridges
* Supervised road finishing works such as sub base, road base with soil treatment and polymer treatment, and also asphalt paving works such as base course and wearing course.
* Measured production of works and calculated expenditure to find out weather profitable or loss on weekly basis in road construction work.
