* Supervising construction/installation of process component for two wastewater treatment stations (12,000 and 70,000 population equivalent).
* Utilization of TopKapi Vision SCADA software (AREAL, France) for process control.
Site Manager, Construction Sector, Uganda (2002 - 2003)
* Directed all construction and rehabilitation operations for 1mgd and 4mgd water treatment plants, pumping stations, and booster stations (US$15 million contract); replaced pumps, pipes, electricity, and instrumentation.
* Trained local operators and oversaw initial study for water project tender bid within Tanzania.
Electrical & Mechanical Manager, Construction Sector, Jamaica (2000 - 2002)
* Managed subcontractors and supervised the assembly and installation of electromechanical, hydraulic, and instrumental equipment for 7.5 mgd water treatment station construction project (US$16 million contract).
* Supervised editing of adjustment programs and preparation of payment certificates; maintained inventory of construction equipment and tools.

* Led all development and construction operations of regional depot for province-wide water project consisting of 17 sites and 200 miles of pipeline, as well as 4 water treatment stations (0.15 mgd to 0.6 mgd), and pumping stations (0.6 mgd to 3.75 mgd).
* Managed completion project for 22 spring containment and rural distribution systems, including water network for small town with a population of 10,000, and directed construction of 25 water kiosks and 2 sludge lagoons.
* Oversaw pressure tests and pipeline connections to reservoirs and fountains.
* Supervised construction and installation of 250 miles of canalization (1" - 24" PVC, galvanized, steel, and ductile iron), 210 stone reservoirs, 2 wells with 3 submergible pumps, a 35 foot-high/ 20 ton metallic tower, and a 3,200 gallon surge vessel.
* Directed underwater installation of 380 yards of 4" galvanized pipe and electrical cable.
* Assembled 40,000 gallon metal decanter, floating bridge, and two 30,000 and 80,000 gallon Braithwait metallic reservoirs.
* Trained and directed personnel in set-up and utilization of Pearpoint Flexiprobe color inspection system.
