Multi-discipline facility upgrade/Asset management contract for the Oil Pipeline Agency, Work included the ongoing maintenance works for 7 No. Individual petroleum fuel storage depots providing bulk Aviation fuel to both Ministry of Defence airbases and Civilian airports throughout the national supply network of the UK. Required to deal with all land registry issues on all intrusive works associated to new pipelines and associated site infrastructure, to undertake detailed environmental studies with respect to intrusive work, to assess all environmental risks and issues associated to pollution/contamination control, to undertake soil sampling, to prepare lifecycle studies with regard all current and long term environmental issues. To manage all waste disposal, in line with current regulation. To prepare decommissioning and re-commissioning proposals for Asset change projects. To execute the disposal and upgrade/replacement of current site assets belonging to the Oil and Pipeline agency. Projects include repairs to major pipelines both above and underground.
