PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Presently working (since Jan '02) in BHARAT EARTH MOVERS LTD as Asst.Manager.M/S BEML is the largest Earth Moving manufacturing Co. in India. Vhaving a wide range of products catering to Mining and Construction industry segment besides defence and railways.

I m posted in Contract Mining department as BEML is venturing into Mining operation through acquisition of Mining leases

Also had experience of looking sales of Earth Moving equipment and developing customer relationship through after sale service (involving forecasting and inventory management. )

Employed in Pyrites, Phosphates and Chemicals Ltd ( A Govt. of India Undertaking) from March, 1996 till April 2001 as Mining Engineer. PPCL was conceived to exploit medium grade sulphur -content pyrites for the production of sulphuric acid which in turn, is used for the production of SingleSuperPhosphate(a phosphatic fertilizer).

1. Supervised and controlled production and scheduling of various jobs for proper sustenance of mines and safe working condition. Worked in shifts and was responsible for production and safety as Second Class Manager.

2. Have been involved in the preparation of reports and plans for seeking permission for development and depillaring from Directorate General Mines Safety,Dhanbad and Indian Bureau of Mines, Nagpur.

3. Supervised the operation and maintenance of Mines Effluent Treatment Plant for neutralizing acid mine drainage. The process consisted of aeration of liquid effluent from the mines (5-50 litres per hour) of pH 3-5 and subsequent lime dosing. The precipitated sludge was reclaimed through plantation.

4. Monitoring underground environmental parameters like velocity of air using velometers and anemometers and dust generation using gravimetric methods

5. Was actively involved in the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments. Had been responsible for collection of ground water samples and assessing their pH using pHmeters and dust estimation at different locations.

Second Class Mine's manager certificate of competency from DGMS wef Nov'97.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:

Represented PPCLtd at National Symposium on Environment, 1998 at ISM, Dhanbad.

Presented paper entitled "Improvising Drilling and Blasting Techniques at Amjhore Pyurites Mine"at DrillBlast'99organised by MEAI held at Bhubneshwar.
