Project Description:

1)Project for PDS (Permit data services):Development of a tool to replace ArcInfo AML for Updating CUP Stations layer With GPS'ed wells.
2)dwmp project: This is basically a conversion project and it had the following
ArcIMS extensions: Creation of a service (including additional background layers) using ArcIMS, and launch an IMS site over the intranet in test dev for the District wide query.

3)Surveying-benchmark ArcGIS project:
ArcIMS extensions: The AccessDB needs to be converted to an SDE layer. Then create a service (including additional background layers) using ArcIMS, and -if necessary- a web site.

Key Responsibilities:
Programming and integrating the Arc objects framework.
1) Integrating Arcmap with geodatabases and programming for integration with personal and SDE databases.
2) Programming ArcIMS and customizing it for usage with the databases.
3) Development of a tool to replace Arc Info AML for Updating CUP Stations layer With GPS'ed wells. Convert the existing non-spatial MS-Access to an SDE geodatabase with Spatial features.
4) Create a User-Friendly GIS-Integrated application that allows Survey staff to edit, add, query data, and generate reports and maps. Benchmark information in a GIS context will yield Positive benefits in support of the Districts mission, permit applicants, permit holders, and interested public.

Role: Senior Analyst GIS/GPS/AM/FM services.
Duration: Feb2003– SEPT2003.
Project Description: Program a large government Portal with SDE layers and Oracle9i spatial extensions as the back end and ArcIMS, ArcGIS as the clients to receive the data. Apart from programming with Arcobjects and Mapobjects there is an intensive work on the digital image processing. Program Arcobjects with managed code base,. net framework and native connector.
Program the ArcPad using ArcObjects for configuring, running and deploying applications.
Key responsibilities:
* Customize, program and create seamless Web GIS portal with ArcIMS.
* Tuning ArcSDE layers for the backend and proper streaming of the data to the clients both thin and dedicated clients.
* Access the data tier using the native connector for the IMS.
* Hand code ArcXML modules to enhance the performance of the server input.
* Install, upgrade, update the latest patches of the IMS and administrate the services in a large client connection pool.
* Program, upgrade and deploy applications developed using Arcobjects for ArcPad.
* Grouping layers and data sets in ArcIMS.

Client: Moosepoint technology inc, Santa Rose, CA
Role: Senior Analyst GIS/GPS/AM/FM services.
Duration: Jun2002– Dec2002.
Project Description: Regulate the flow of data across the several interfaces through programming. Extensive analysis of positional data with COGO. Develop web services for the existing client server modules and promote them to IMS server. Used Microsoft share point server to have the version control.

Key responsibilities:
* Identifying and creating coverage's for ARCVIEW to generate new themes.
* Created custom pages using ASP, JavaScript, HTML and DHTML
* Generated internal documents for in-house processes and procedures.
* Construct assemblies for. NET/XML framework to architect the whole application. Migrated the existing modules to the current versions using ArcObjects.
* Performed configuration of server files and ARCSDE and ARCIMS database servers. Used ArcXML for marshalling the data across the process boundaries of IMS and connectors.
* Used VBA to automate the menus to do custom events on the themes and eventually generated a custom pallette for the feature geometry.
* Assisted team with the usage of SQLSERVER, Visual Basic.Net and for programming and customization of ARCVIEW.
* Assisted in configuring active directory services on IIS5.0 and there by configure the domains.
* Created XML Web Services and Windows Services for accessing different components. Researched the utility of the GML in the project and documented the results.

Duration: Aug2001 to May 2002.
Project Description: Manage, coordinate, and maintain mapping projects. Develop quality assurance and quality control measures. Program and interface ArcGIS software with the backend.
