Strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Worked in the de-mineralized plant as a trainee engineer, helping with the maintenance of resin columns as well as multi column for purifying source water for medical usage

Good problem solving ability and helped in fixing, as well as handling the problems on the plant using analytical skills.

PROJECTS DURING COURSE WORK

* Manufacture of allyl chloride with special emphasis on improving the overall efficiency and purity of the product. The project included the design of a cyclone separator which is currently being used in the pilot plant of the Indian institute of sciences, Bangalore
* Simulation of a De-Butanizer plant using the HYSYS simulation software. The project involved replacing the condenser unit of the de-butanizer column with an overhead system thereby reducing the loss of valuable byproducts and enhancing the reflux of the pure product back into the column. The project was selected the best project in the process simulation course.
* Developed a Dynamic Matrix Controller (DMC) for a fractionator column with multiple inputs and multiple output (MIMO) system. Monitoring and evaluating dynamic models for each of the independent /dependent variable pairs.
* Flow sheet Optimization of alkylation Process:
Code has been written in the general algebraic modeling system (GAMS) using the application of NLP to maximize the profit of this process with the given data of Alkylation Process
* Simulation of process insights@ using math lab
