Summary:
I am a US Citizen with over 18 years of progressive experience ranging from academic research to senior management. I worked on the development, implementation and auditing of Environmental Management Systems, policies and procedures. I am currently working in Riyadh Saudi Arabia as the head of the Environmental and Contracts/Proposals departments. I will complete my current assignment in Saudi Arabia in March 2007 and will be available for employment immediately afterwards.

Responsible for the coordination of compliance activities including the development of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plans and Startup, Shutdown and Malfunction (SSM) plans per the Portland Cement MACT rule in six US Plants. Duties range from the development, implementation and auditing of Environmental Management Systems, policies and procedures to cover all environmental aspects of an industrial environment with direct oversight over three US plants. Provide technical and legal advice as related to environmental rules and regulations. Coordinate the installation, certification and operation of monitoring systems including the development of QA/QC plans and procedures, in addition to coordination of all stack testing activities. Provide technical/professional as well as awareness training to persons from various levels within the organization. Air and waste compliance, permitting and reporting activities, Emission Inventories, EPCRA 313 and 312 reporting, hazard communications, wastewater and NPDES (pollutant discharge elimination system) compliance.
