* Conducted several six sigma training programs and trained close to 50 green belts. Strong knowledge on six sigma tools demonstrated through the training feedback. The key elements include the Management, Design and delivery of training and e learning with emphasis on Lean, DFSS, DFR and VOC.

Completed 3 weeks green belt training at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. Was recruited from campus interview. Kirloskar was the first company to visit campus. Training in design of generators, Production Planning and Materials management modules of SAP, Basic programming in C++ for design program. Preparation of Bill of Materials and Specifications for alternators manufacturing. Attended leadership training courses and communication skills workshop.
