1. Attached at Air Zimbabwe for one year in the Avionics Instruments Workshop, carried out the following:
Repairs on aircraft instruments such as the Flight Director Indicator, Vertical Gyroscopes, Fuel Indicators, Fuel Capacitance Sensors, Altimeters and servicing of Flight Data Recorders for Boeing 737-300, Boeing 767 and BAe146.
Calibration of all Air Zimbabwe test and measuring instruments such as Torque Wrenches, Ammeters, Voltmeters, Wattmeter's, Vernier Calipers and micrometers using traceable standard equipment Fluke Calibrator, Dead Weight Tester, Block Gauges, Hewlett Packard Digital Oscilloscope.
Carried out ISO 9000 calibration for Cairns Foods.

2. Completed four years apprenticeship training at Zimglass Glass Industries specializing in:
Installation and maintenance of Citect and Mult-T-link SCADA systems utilizing Profibus communication
Installation, maintenance and basic programming of Programmable Logic Controllers in particular the Siemens S5 and S7 PLC on a bottle palletizing and shrink wrapping machines.
Electronic repairs of PLC, computer, 24V field power supplies, invertors and microprocessor-based controllers.
Maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of
-batch plant load cells, digital weight indicators, solenoid valves and magnetic vibros with a Fanuc PLC central to the process.
-furnace control panel ammeters, voltmeters and current transformers. Voltage, current and power transducers converting to 4-20mA transducers. Installation and pushing of electrodes.
- Forehearth heating and cooling system with 4-20mA loop from fibre optic infrared sensors to Eurotherm temperature controllers utilizing L.Bernard Minigam+ motorized valves as the cooling and heating actuators.
-glass forming machines operating air uses a 4-20mA loop from ABB Kent pressure transmitter, ABB pressure controller and Masoneilan pneumatic valves.
-BWI Inex Superscan and Inspector empty bottle inspection machines with a microprocessor based system utilizing photodiode cameras to detect defects on bottles.
-ASB Nissei 650 Stretch Blow PET machine with a Koyo Kostac PLC with limit switches, proximity sensors as inputs, relays, solenoid valves and solid state relays as outputs.
-Electronic Bottle Inspection machines 512*5 BWI Inex Super inspector and SuperScan Plus, Emhart Powers Defect Tracer, Xymark Laser Coders.

Installation and maintenance of PID Controllers – Gard, ABB Kent MX 21 Eurotherm 815, 818, 2204e & 2407
Ac drives BSL Electron, Allen Bradley, Emotron, ABB, and Positron.
