Overview:
More than 12 years of diversified project management and controls experience (EPC) in the oil and gas (upstream and downstream) industries. Assignments have ranged from Project Manager, Project Controls Manager, Lead Scheduler, Lead Cost and various other project controls positions from large capital projects to small maintenance projects.
Scheduling experience:
Proposal scheduling, front end engineering scheduling, manpower control level scheduling, EPC scheduling, commission scheduling, tie-in scheduling, systems scheduling, shut-down/turnaround and work package planning.
Cost control experience:
CAPEX/OPEX studies, developing cost coding structures, development of project cash flows, development of deviation and change order procedures and forms, detailed estimating, development of staffing plans, construction and engineering auditing/progress reporting, quantity surveying as well as budget forecasting, gross margin and TIC reporting.

Technical expertise includes reading isometrics, plan drawings, P&ID's and drawings designed by all disciplines.
