Southeast Buckeye Interceptor Sewer Design (Ryland Homes, AZ)
Conducted a thorough evaluation of the wastewater demand generated within the study area, and determined the size of the main sewer infrastructure line required to service the entire study area. Developed a sewer system model to analyze various demand scenarios and determined the required infrastructure necessary to meet the demand conditions. Prepared a detailed report, and exhibits using GIS ArcMap.

Lake Pleasant 5,000 Water & Sewer Master Plan ( Harvard Investments, AZ)
Prepared the preliminary water and sewer master plan for the Lake Pleasant 5,000 development located in the Municipal Planning Area of Surprise, Arizona. Modeled the water and sewer systems using WaterCAD 6.5 and SewerCAD 5.0, identified pipe sizes, tank locations, and prepared a cost estimate of the entire water and sewer infrastructure.

Sunrise Water Co., Well Site #6 (Sunrise Water Company, Peoria, AZ)
Designed a well site located in the City of Peoria. Design included site grading and onsite drainage, 125 gallons per minute (GPM) well pump, and site piping.

Town of Buckeye Well Site #14 (Town of Buckeye, AZ)
Designed a well site located in the Town of Buckeye. Design included site grading and onsite drainage, 400-GPM well pump, 8-foot perimeter wall with rolling gates, electrical controls, chlorination system, and site piping.

Litchfield & Grand Relief Sewer Design (City of Surprise, AZ)
Performed a detailed evaluation of the site and identified the existing utilities within the area Studied the feasibility of locating the proposed relief sewer line and recommended the sewer alignment. Designed the proposed 4,800 feet relief sewer line, and prepared design plans showing both plan and profile of the sewer line.

Waterline Replacement Project (City of Phoenix, AZ)
Performed a detailed research of the existing utilities within the project site and recommended the proposed water line alignment. Prepared design plans showing both plan and profile of approximately 9,000 feet of water line, for construction, relocation of water services and fire hydrants, and abandonment of existing water lines for various streets within the City of Phoenix.

Sonoran Vista Development Well Site for Global Water Co.(Global Water Co., AZ)
Designed a well site located in the Town of Buckeye. Design included site grading, well pump design, valves and well discharge pipe equipping, and preparation of site plan application.

Rockaway Hills Tank Site (Town of Cave Creek, AZ)
Designed and co-coordinated a 2.0 MGD tank site as part of the various water system improvements for the Town of Cave Creek. Prepared design plans, specifications for valves, pumps, pipes etc.

Carol Heights Booster Station (Town of Cave Creek, AZ)
Designed a 7600-GPM booster pump station as part of the Rockaway Hills tank site improvements for the Town of Cave Creek. The booster station was designed to provide additional supply to the existing Cave Creek water system. Prepared design plans, specifications for valves, pumps, and site piping.

Rockaway Hills Offsite Waterline (Town of Cave Creek, AZ)
Performed a detailed research of the existing utilities within the project site and recommended the proposed water line alignment. Prepared design plans showing both plan and profile of approximately 5,000 feet of water line from Carol Heights Booster Station to the Rockaway Hills tank site.

Existing & Build-out Water Model and Master Plan (Global Water Co., AZ)
Prepared the preliminary water master plan for the entire Valencia Water Co., water service area located in the Town of Buckeye, Arizona. Modeled the existing & build-out water systems using WaterCAD 6.5, identified pipe sizes, tank locations, and prepared a cost estimate of the entire water infrastructure.

Casa Grande 761 Development Water & Sewer Master Plans
Prepared the preliminary water and sewer master plans for the Casa Grande 761 development located in the City of Casa Grande, Arizona. Modeled the water and sewer systems using WaterCAD 6.5 and SewerCAD 5.0, identified pipe sizes, tank locations, and prepared a cost estimate of the entire water and sewer infrastructure.

Booster Station Design for the Palo Verde Water Reclamation Facility in the City of Maricopa
Designed a 2,000-GPM booster pump station as part of the Palo Verde Water Reclamation Facility improvements in the City of Maricopa. Prepared design plans, specifications for valves, pumps, and site piping.

Sundance Arsenic Removal Project (Town of Buckeye, AZ)
Conducted research on different arsenic removal methods for four wells in the city of Sundance, Arizona. Assisted the project Manager in writing a report outlining three different methods of removal and providing a recommendation to the Town of Buckeye, Arizona.

Biosolids Report (City of Tolleson, AZ)
Assisted the design engineer in preparing the Biosolids (Part 503) report for the City of Tolleson Wastewater Treatment Plant as part of an annual report requirement by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ).

Southwest Ranch Sewer Feasibility Study (Southwest Ranch, AZ)
Assisted in evaluating the feasibility of constructing a bypass line to convey the wastewater to an existing Wastewater Treatment Plant in the Town of Buckeye, as an alternative to constructing a new Wastewater Treatment Plant. As a part of this study, analyzed the volume of flow that would be conveyed, necessary sewerline sizes and potential alignments using SewerCAD 5.0.

Northeast Buckeye Sewer Collection System (Pulte Homes, AZ)
Prepared an engineering report as required by the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) 208 Water Quality Management Plan, to request an amendment to the existing MAG 208 plan for the expansion of the existing Sundance Wastewater Plant so as to accommodate the additional flows generated by the Northeast Buckeye Planned Developments.

Blue Horizons Water & Sewer Master Plan (Pulte Homes, AZ)
Prepared the preliminary water and sewer master plan for the Blue Horizons development located in Buckeye, Arizona. For this project, modeled the water and sewer systems using WaterCAD 6.5 and SewerCAD 5.0, identified pipe sizes and tank location, and prepared exhibits using GIS ArcMap.

Northeast Buckeye Benefit Study (Pulte Homes, AZ)

Project Details: -
AFM was used to measure forces of interaction between particles as influenced by different dosages of commonly used coagulants (Alum & Ferric Chloride). Force measurements were correlated to real time coagulation studies to Optimize Coagulation process in water treatment systems. The research was funded by the National Science Foundation Water Quality Center, ASU.

Water sampling and performed analysis of water quality parameters such as temperature, pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Conductivity and Salinity for Salt River, Verde River and Central Arizona Project (CAP) canal, and also for Tempe and Chandler water treatment plants in Arizona.
