„« Trained Personnel for Insurance purposes; the numbers changed from 3% trained personnel to 98.6% trained personnel in less than 9 months with 456 men. This seem to make the men feel that the company cared about these men enough to train them in something besides their jobs in which it made them part of the company themselves in which translated into a 30% reduction in insurance premiums.
