As Planning & Scheduling Supervisor for the MNU [Millennium Naphtha Unit project consists of engineering, procurement, and construction activities for a new Naphtha Hydrotreater unit (NHT#3), Hydrogen unit and associated Utilities & Offsites to be installed at the Suncor Fort McMurray Upgrader] and MVU Full Capacity projects primarily responsible for all Planning and Scheduling works for these projects which include:
* Successful implementation of Primavera v5.0 on Suncor server and train and integrate all prime contractors.
* Ensure all Major Contractor Planners get proper access and work on the Suncor server.
* Established all integrated Level III E, P & C schedule for MNU.
* Successful Integration of Schedule Risk Analysis tool (Pert Master) into MNU project.
* Continued maintaining and updating, monitoring of the MVU Full capacity schedule till it was handed over to Construction in Jun, 2007.
* Trained new Construction Planners for MNU and MVU FC regarding use of Primavera version 5.
* Providing support to cost control group for running cash flows thru' manpower and quantity histograms.
