* Spearheaded the design and implementation of the merger of an ISO9001:2000 registered Quality Management System with an Environmental, Safety, Security and Health Management System that conforms to the ISO14001:2004 and OSHAS18001:1999 Standards.
* Initiated company-wide participation at several firms in the New Jersey Industrial Safety Committee Awards program.
* Was Company representative to the Compressed Gas Association and voting member of the compressed Gas Association Safety and Health Committee, Environmental Committee, Hazardous Materials Code Committee, COMPGEAP Committee, Standards Committee and Distribution & Fleet Safety Committee.

* Served on the NJBIA Core Committee for revision of NJDEP's Air Permitting policies.
* Successfully argued before NYC Building Code hearings the benefits of blue pigment usage for egress markings.
