Duties & Responsibilities Handling (for TengizChevroil):
* Responsible for the management and supervision of analyzer system pre commissioning teams to ensure that the construction and pre-commissioning activities are resourced, scheduled and driven-to-completion in a safe and timely manner in accordance with project schedules and company requirements.
* Ensure that the analyzer system construction teams are aware of their responsibilities and delicate nature of working with critical and sophisticated analyzers which are supplied to SGP/SGI project.
* Identifying the analyzer system design deficiencies and implementing management of change (MOC) to resolve the issues and update the drawings.
* Completed the preparation of commissioning procedures, functional test procedures and spare parts inventory for the analyzer systems.
* Successfully completed loop verification and functional testing of analyzer systems, cause & effect interlocks & testing of F&G controls systems related to analyzer houses

* Support process analyzer technology and instrumentation systems covering all aspects of day-to-day maintenance activities, long term performance monitoring, field troubleshooting, repair, field calibration and maintenance of analyzer systems and prepare detailed reports on the performance of individual analyzers in the refinery.
* Daily inspection, ensuring process samples and utilities for the analyzers are at required conditions and in correct calibration, ensure the accuracy, repeatability and periodic calibration of analyzers and maintain the calibration records of the analyzers.
* Servicing and maintenance of online process as well as laboratory analyzer systems and ensure the equipments are returned back to the facility owner in a timely manor and whit of disruption to the production as possible.
* Evaluate and implement modifications to online analyzers and sample conditioning systems to resolve chronic problems through out the refinery.
* Work closely with online analyzers and provide technical support & liaise to operations, engineering and projects.
* Responsible for installation, calibration and commissioning of new analyzers and provide technical guidance for troubleshooting and maintenance activities on analyzers to Saudi Aramco technicians.
* Prepare detailed schedule of preventive maintenance procedures for plant analyzers and provide continuous monitoring of analyzer systems to implement these procedures to attain the most efficient running conditions with minimum breakdowns.
