Responsibilities include providing environmental consultancy services to groups, establishments and other professionals encompassing permitting and compliance, project management and risk & impact assessment. Also offer environmental, HSE and construction costing services.
Major Achievements:
* Established practical and well-received HSE system monitoring for a multinational company by adopting engineering and field HSE activities at the subletting consultancy level based on the company's management system.
* Promoted further understanding of technical HSE processes such as P& ID, HAZOP and SIL MOC by helping to set up HSE management system improvement guidelines for project employees.

Reporting to the Director (GIEES) and the main advisor Civil Engineering (UNCC), responsibilities included overseeing a large Duke Energy strategic project to investigate the Physico-chemical characteristics of transformer oil. Managed the material assessment of energy sources for sustainable development. .. analysis and modelling to enhance civil and industrial applications… the adoption of sustainable policy issues. .. and the application of international codes in design, construction and project monitoring to bridge the gaps for global sustainable development. Also liaised with the Patent Division on issues involving patents on inventions or discoveries.
Major Achievements:
* Collated technical paper abstracts for and planned the INCEED conference at Charlotte and UNCC July 2005.
* Published several Journal Editorials in the ASCE Journal of Energy Engineering and the International Journal of Global Energy Issues (IJGEI).
* Resolved issues with hydrocarbon oil degradation from the perspective of energy interaction, kinetics and electrical Ohms law.
* Produced a biogenic crystallite to prompt further studies.

Responsibilities included acquiring the necessary skills for real-world practice via environmental and ecological research which encompassed remediation design, risk & impact analysis, policy formulation and publications. Also studied ecological remediation with constructed wetland, reactor modelling and design (HISTAR) for contaminant removal for the agricultural and pharmaceutical industries.

Reporting to the Assistant Research Director at Energy Centre and Director of Louisiana Water Resources Institute at Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, responsibilities included overseeing a large biotechnology project to investigate contaminant mitigation using a hydraulically integrated series tank algae reactor (HISTAR). Also managed a scientific laboratory with more than 20 staff and students while helping to produce petroleum oil reports and articles for publication with background research.
Major Achievement:
* Established effective and meaningful pollution control and remediation parameters after investigating wetland design and construction including the transport and fate of controlled contaminants.
