Duties * SDLC - Smilesaver accounting system and responsible for its sub-processes like payment application, customer balance collection, generate billing scheme, refund payments, invoice write-off, void / NSF payments, electronic payments / refunds and it's profile, ACH process etc.
* Minimum exposures to legal care system. Maintaining of facility (a.k.a. law firms) and providers (a.k.a. lawyers). Lawyers credential maintenance system.
* SDLC - part of claim and utilization of dental system. A Sub-process named plan co-payments and doctor's UCR, Calculating their costs and also create reports. Claim payment process, which related to AP part of Smilesaver accounting. Specialist facility pre-authorization system (A support for HMO type plan).
* Maintain DMS, dental management system. A huge system relating facility (buildings) and providers (doctor) for both Dental and visions. Producers / agents and their commission structure (related to acct. system.), Audit for compliance with government / appointed board / BBB.
