(a) check weather properly tested, assemble, marked,& color coded lifting tackles of adequate sling strength is used, check crane, driver, operators are given instruction by a designated banks man for proper signaling check sling before lifting load.
„X confined space
(a) Check entry permit before one enters confined space for adequate light and ventilation and ensuring precaution.
„X Work of height
(a) Check weather workers are using safety harness. If they are working at/above 2mtrs. Height inertial reel\feel arrested use while moving at height.
„X radiography
(a) Coordinating with personal involved in radiography.
„X House keeping
(a)Check all stairways, passage ways and gangways kept free from materials and obstruction of any kind should be removed.
