This contract is the first of its kind in Kuwait and is performance based with HSE management consisting of 10% of contract profit. Circa 400 personnel covering half of Kuwait managing all aspects of the day to day running of wellheads, flow lines, oil & gas gathering centres, water handling and injection facilities, tooling fabrication & painting workshops and heavy plant.

* Set and monitor Objectives and Targets towards Health and safety goals of the project particularly as per requirements contract's KPI.
