Tepco, LLC – Senior Planner/Scheduler – May 26,2008 – June 29, 2009
(Contract Work at Pasadena Refining) Project Completed
Built and maintained on site schedule of Turnaround projects, to include SRU, two FCC, York Compressor and two Alkalization unit turnarounds with a budget of over 100 million dollars. Implemented P6.2 as onsite database to support the Turnaround scheduling. Produced reports, curves and updates on a daily basis for the turnaround manager and company executives. Developed Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) and the development of schedule and budget data (including resource loading) for those Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements. Provided analysis and recommendations for corrective action planning. Incorporated field schedules into the Performance Management Baseline (PMB)

Alabama Army National Guard –Officer- Ordinance / Material Maintenance Manager – 1983-2000 (Transferred to United States Army Reserves)
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the storage and distribution operations. Also, responsible for security of the facilities, as well as overseeing the maintenance of equipment valued at $15 million. Supervised over 380 personnel in 5 locations and was the driving force behind the successful reconstitution and reorganization of this one company.
