* Introduced and implemented an innovative plan to redirect surplus government office equip from government auction to Cadet units in Thunder Bay (at no cost) by utilizing space on regular supply runs
* Provided daily financial, legal, and HR policy advice, in written/verbal form
* Program manager to replace unit's furniture with $140K of modern office furniture from local wholesaler at 50% below retail. Plan was completed ahead of schedule and improved morale/productivity.
* Wrote and presented detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Designed and delivered thirty 1-day Harassment and Racism Prevention seminars
