Supervise Warehouse Personnel in all yard activities at a chemical distribution facility supplying palletized/dry bulk chemicals to the offshore drilling industry. Maintain the warehouse and liquid mud facilities within International Standards of Operation (ISO), ISO 9002 (Operations), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 18001 (Safety) guidelines.

Additional duties include: coding invoices for payment; preparing regional operational reports; preparing environmental compliance reports; documenting purchase orders, fluid rentals, chemical transfers & requisitions; maintaining warehouse physical inventory and making inventory adjustments when applicable; preparing inventory balance reports, overage/shortage reports; issuing delivery & return tickets, material transfers, re-bills, fluid rentals, service and adjustment tickets; preparing fluid batch reports; and interfacing with customers, vendors, other chemical distribution facilities.

This position required the coordination of logistical and administrative support for Major Oil & Gas Operators between Service Companies, Equipment Rental Companies, Material Providers and the Drilling Contractor. These duties also required supervising and scheduling the rig's support fleet of boats and helicopters to provide services and materials at the rig site in a timely manner.

This position required the maintenance of computerized production records, preparation of morning reports documenting daily field activities by Baker Energy for Lease Operators while assisting the Field Foreman in day-to-day production operations with logistical support.
