IRMO, Rebuild Iraq, Baghdad, Iraq
I was responsible to implement AFRN (Advanced First Responder Network) in Central Baghdad prior to country's first democratic election in 35 years. I was responsible to leading a team of junior engineers, contractor, and subcontractors. Responsibilities included leadership in preparation of detailed construction plans and specification on a build to budget $150 million dollars project. Providing internal and external technical resources for client' and establishing a systematic course of action for self and others to ensure successful project completion. I demonstrated rapid career progression and a strong track record within the current organization; possessing the flexibility and commercialism to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic and results oriented theatre of a combat zone.

Yucca Mountain Nuclear Waste Repository, Nye County, NV
I was a consultant on environmental impact study for the proposed Yucca Mountain Repository project that that would occupy about 230 square miles (150,000 acres) of federal land that is currently under the control of the U. S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Air Force, and the Bureau of Land. At its crest, Yucca Mountain reaches an elevation of 4,950 feet. The Yucca Mountain Project has invited independent experts with relevant scientific and engineering backgrounds to review different project activities.
