Have worked in processes licensed by UOP, ORTLOFF, AIR PRODUCTS, MERICHEM, BP Chemicals and IFP.
Strong up-to-date knowledge of the process like sweetening, dehydration, NGL extraction, liquefaction, sulphur recovery and LPG treaters.

Experience in BP chemicals polyethylene process and IFP's alpha olefin process.

P&ID review and update. Heat and Mass balance calculations. Experience in simulation using HYSIS. Debottleneck study and technical reporting. Process Risk Assessment and HAZOP study.

Experience:

Process Engineering
* P&ID checking and updating.
* Knowledge of International codes and interpretation.
* Understanding the philosophy of process technology for capacity expansion and critical analysis of Process licensor's recommendation with a view of future operations as well as past experience of operation.
* Provide technical support for LNG trains and Gas plants.
* Have done Heat and Material balance calculations.
* Have done feasibility study for de-bottlenecking of the plant.
* Presented a technical report on the plant performance.
* Plan and execute High Rate Test of LNG plant for enhancing the capacity of the plant.
* Interact with process licensors for debottlenecking process constraints, plant visits.
* Tuning of various process parameters to conduct different trials of catalysts, additives etc and evaluation of the same considering overall impact.
* Initiate projects and provide technical support to enhance the capacity of the plant and to improve the reliability of the plant
* Written Standard Operating Procedures for Emergency handling and Operation of the individual units of the plant.
* Experience in HYSIS and have done simulation for pressure drop estimation, line sizing, equipment sizing.
* Prepare documents MOC (Management Of Change), to record changes in operating conditions and philosophies; conduct risk assessment for process and operations deviation so that the integrity of the plant is not affected.
* Expertise in PIS, LIMS, ATOMS, Process Surveillance Report.
* Have developed the skills of Acoustic Induced Vibration study and Vent dispersion study.

Process Plant Operation
* Experience in operation of Polyethylene plant with safety as the foremost priority to achieve the production targets that meets customer satisfaction and profitability of the organization.
* Have done planning and coordination of various maintenance groups to upkeep plant performance and minimize unplanned breakdowns so as to have a low cost of ownership.
* Experience in Honeywell TDC3000 DCS operation.
* Identification of process control requirement and implementation of new control philosophy and control language programming.
* Trouble shooting and rectification of existing Control Language program to accommodate new process requirements.
* Building of new tags, logic points and groups for operation and monitoring.
* Monitoring, analyzing and trouble shooting of sequences, process and system alarms.
* Subordinate development through proper training and guidance.
* I was a contributing member of the Six Sigma team in the project for improving the ON-Grade production during Grade changes.
* As a member of the Butene-1 revamp team I have done P&ID review and HAZOP study, Involved in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and was responsible for stabilization and test run of the plant.
* As a member of the TIE-IN group of the project team in the LLDPE/HDPE expansion project with INNOVENE Technology I have done finalization of retrofitting tie-in points, checking of actual hook ups, preparation of check list, as-built checking of the plant, preparation of checklist for mechanical completion of plant and identification of various loops for pre-commissioning activity like line purging, sheet blasting, line flushing etc.
