Duties and Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for the overall management of the plant, production engineers, Maintenance and safety.
- Implement the performance of the above groups with respect to safety, environmental compliance and training.
- Starting-up and shutting -down the plants.
- Make the modifications of P & I Diagram as per requirements
- Implement ISO 9002.
- Controlling and managing the utilities (Reverse Osmosis plant, Boiler and Compressed Air Unit).
- Update management and project team with production progress.
- Apply safety rules.
- Improve staff productivity by training
- Prepare annual budget reports for production operations.
- Ensure effective supervision of labor during production.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the operations of the plant and all equipments with special attention to safety aspects.
- Monitor and control process parameters.
- Issue different work permits to maintenance department for the necessary maintenance work and schedule the preventive maintenance job.
- Ensure the equipment change over according to the running hours
- Co-ordinate with QC on product tests results to ensure the product specification requirements and do the corrective actions if possible.
- Production and consumption calculation and preparing daily plant performance report.
- Implement ISO 9000.
Skills
- Very good in theoretical and practical knowledge of design and operation process and equipments.
- Very good troubleshoots in Plants problems.
- Good knowledge of safety standards.
- ISO 9000 certificate Internal Quality Auditor.
