Homology Modelling of Neuraminidase with Selected Inhibitors —
This study is to evaluate the homology of the neuraminidase inhibitor of the influenza virus which is DANA, 2-deoxy-2,3-didehydro-N-acetylneuraminic acid, by finding the homology of these inhibitors to neuraminidase that would eventually lead to the analysis of the binding capabilities of the ligands when subjected to docking experiment.
