Combat Support Associates (CSA) is a joint venture company formed to compete for the Combat Support Service Contract – Kuwait (CSSC-K). Under the auspices of CSA, Ltd. and CSA, the company provides services to U.S. Army troops and Allied Forces at Camps Arifjan, Buehring, Doha, Victory, Virginia, Ali Al Salem and Navistar, located throughout Kuwait.
Duties:
Follow the work procedure; troubleshoot the problems, software, hardware, and network, Install software through RIS (remote Installation Service) server, Install additional software's and apply system security and install patches, Installation of Symantec antivirus client edition and add to the Symantec server
CSA ADPE (Automated Data Processing Equipment) Work bench
Worked with ADPE for more than 3 years, learned Knowledge on systems like Dell Workstations, Dell servers 400,110,GX150, OPTIPLEX, DELL DIMENTION, COMPAQ notebooks, DELL note books IBM notebooks, Configured Raid 0, Raid 1 and Raid 5. Maintenance of all the army computers and make sure all the systems are updated everyday. Updates are provided from the main camps (CAMP DOHA and CAMP ARIFJAN).
