Water Treatment in various ways, types and volumes have been taken care by me with some innovative methodology. I have designed, constructed many types of Rapid sand, slow sand, and Mechanical filters. I have developed special type of Coagulation, flocculation and chlorinating /disinfecting chemicals.

Administered contractual operation of Water & Wastewater treatment plants. This includes renovation, modification of structured design, Deployment of workforces, Analysis of effluent quality, Monitoring, Mentoring and Trouble-shooting.
Systemized cost effective and result oriented plant management.
Designed effective aeration system to accelerate oxygen transfer into effluent.
Developed process for microbial population in aeration tank along with activated sludge induction.
Introduced special chemical application to reduce Chemical Oxygen Demand.
Experimented and successfully implemented Bio-mass conversion into natural fertilizers.

Invented technology in separation of whey protein from dairy waste. This has resulted 90% reduction of C.O.D. and B.O.D. The system is also capable of handling any plant where variation in pH value fluctuates from. 2.5 to 11.

Executed over all administration including finance and marketing.

Achieved business targets strategically.

Research & Development:
Separation of whey protein from dairy waste had been a tedious job, which I made easier by application of a special treatment. The technology has been developed and successfully implemented by me in a research dairy in India, one of the best of its kind, in the world.

Worm-composting as a means of medical waste treatment is now possible having fewer expenses. I have developed a mechanism by which organic medical waste is biologically converted to compost within 30 days having no objectionable residues in the end product. My works have now drawn attention to many researchers and environmental NGOs internationally.
