Management role with responsibility for all operational issues related to the Specialist Logistics Contract for Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (SEIC operated by Shell). Assist with development of the SITI Sakhalin Model (Witness program modeling) and RL3 website layout. Supervised operations at 5 remote offices in the Russian Far East (Vostochny, Vanino, Kholmsk, OPF Site, Nogliki). Develop reporting requirements for each site. Provide forward planning information to SEIC and their EPC's. Interact with Sakhalin Railroad and Vostochny Port management. RL3 company was a joint venture between Raytheon Technical Services Company, Sakhalin Shelf Services and Lynden International created especially for the SLC contract.
