Attached you will find my CV which include a memorandum explaining my career. Qualifications and ID - documents available.
As you can see from my memorandum is that my experience in law enforcement and security covers more then 23 years, most of it in the SAPS in South Africa.
I did however during my duties visited various African countries and for the past four years working constantly in Southern Africa especially G4S Security Services.
I was in Mozambique G4S from 2006-07-28 to 2007-11-04 and at the Mozal-project.
Currently I am in Tema, Accra, Ghana as Operations Manager, G4Securicor from 2007-11-19.
I wish, however, to be considered to be employed permanently in any African country.. See my memorandum to see my language utilization. I know and have experience in the Congo DRC and was working there for a mining community in exploration faze near Kolwesi. DRC.

MEMORANDUM
CAREER
1. Applicant joined the South African Police Service in January 1983 where after training was posted in Johannesburg, RSA from June 1983 to Feb. 1984.
2. Applicant was during Feb. 1984 to June 1984 employed at Tsumeb copper and led mine (TCL), Namibia on special operations.
3. From July 1984 to April 1985 applicant was at South African Police Reaction-and-crowd-control unit in Cape Town during unrest-period.
4. Period April 1985 to February 1990 applicant was stationed at Lebombo border, Mpumalanga at the Internal Security Branch with the main function liaison with the Mozambique authorities and the working of the Nkomati-accord between RSA and Mozambique.
Good relationships developed and remain between applicant and Mozambique Police and Army authorities.
5. SPECIALIZED IN THE POLICE SERVICE:
5.1 Period from 1991 to 2004 applicant performs the following duties:
As intelligence officer during the successful transition period in
South Africa in 1993-1994 with commendations from the government.
Applicant underwent various courses in security aspects, conflict management, human rights and Operational Management courses (Attached)
Applicant was commander of various Police Stations in South Africa from 1997 to 2004 where he had command and control of members and logistics.
Main function of this command is as follows:
Tactical management
* general administration
* community relations
* financial management
* Logistical, human resource management etc.
5.2. Applicant is also trained as Public Relation Officer and communication official and did duties which were above his job-description to enhance co-operation between opposing parties as well as accommodating high profile VIP's during visits to the country and also the media.
5.3. During operations in Mozambique to reduce landmine-and-illegal firearms applicant was above his security duties utilized as camp-manager where he was in control of the day-to-day running of logistics, food and well-being of members. Applicant is also cognizant with catering for functions and people in general.
6. SPECIALIZED OUTSIDE POLICE ENVIRONMENT: As per next points.
6.1 Applicant was employed on contract base from 2004/12/10 to 2005/08/01 at Africo Resources Mining Company, DRC (Congo) as camp-manager, security and PRO with local authorities. The mining is in exploration phase and is situated nearby Kolwezi, Katanga province, DRC. Good communication and liaison were established with local and government authorities and contact continues until now.
6.2 Applicant joined Trio Data Business Risk Consultants, Centurion, RSA in March 2006 and under went courses of loss control management. This company does loss control management for Shoprite/Checkers all over Africa. Applicant was supposed to be deployed to Beira, Mozambique as Loss Control Manager but the company could not provide in time and applicant had no other choice to apply to a new job and opportunity in Mozambique.
7. G4S SECURITY SERVICES CAREER:
7.1 Applicant has joined Group 4 Securicor in Mozambique in July 2006 and performed duties as a Shift manager at Mozal Aluminium, BHP Billiton, Matola, Mozambique. Untill 2007-11-04.
7.2 Applicant was acting Area manager, G4S in Tete, North Mozambique, for a period of 3 weeks during Dec-Jan 2007 where he was responsible for the whole security aspect of Tete and relationship with local Police.
7.3 Applicant was also acting Project manager on various occasions at G4S, Mozal project, Mozambique during the absence of the Project manager and is known to the criteria and job description and security aspects.
7.4 Applicant joined G4S SECURITY SERVICES, GHANA, WEST AFRICA on 2007-11-19 and was appointed Operations Manager, Tema,Accra,Ghana.
800 guards with about 40 clients is served by this office.
