* Execution of project responsibilities in utilities side viz. potable, purified water generation - distribution, for completion of project of new vaccine production facility.
* Supervision of all activities of site viz. HVAC ducting works, chilled water piping welding inspection, pressure test inspection, orbital welding inspection for process piping.
* Installation and commissioning of utility systems viz. R.O.system, UF systems, UV Systems, Multi effect distillation stills (MEDS), Graded End filters, Sand filters, Iron removal filters, Cartridge filters, Photo oxidation reactor, Pumps, Level gauges and auto level switches.
* Start up documentation for water utilities (Plants).(Includes Operational Qualifications to meet with Design Qualifications)
* Operation & Maintenance of two Reverse Osmosis plants (PLC/SCADA Interface).
* Operation of Purified water distribution system and WFI distribution system for 3 production blocks which include supply and return piping network monitored by SCADA ¡VHMI interface.
* Record maintenance of sampling reports of water and SCADA reports of plants for Operation qualifications.
* Performance of Annual, Quarterly maintenance for water utilities.
* Monitoring and Coordinating with Vendors, Contractors related to utilities.
* Project planning, Comparisons of quotations, Optimum utilization of resources for completion of project.
* Preparation of URS's, SOP's, and RST's related to water utilities.
* Development of P & ID's as per requirement.
* Coordination with QA and QC for smooth running of facilities.
* Training operators for better operation of plants.
* Reporting to Deputy General Manager Projects & Engineering.
