Job Type: Well Data Administrator/Drilling(Non-Op) (Contract)
Support Eastern Oil BU with Non-op drilling in AB and SK and manages the Pre-Spud activities of all non-operated wells in Canadian Plains, including updating the well inventory system (CWS), monitoring incoming and outgoing well documents to partners and provisioning well data and reports for internal decision making
Pre-Spud Package (Non-Op wells) includes logs, final directional survey, license, Application of License, Geological Prognosis etc. Confirm the data occurrence with CWS, eWatch. Monitor the delinquency report and if required communicating with licensee/ partners to request well data.
I have good understanding of EUB Guide 56, 038 Allowable, S-4, WR2//WR3.
I send out WDRS to Licensee and update ewatch time to time by checking delinquency of well data.
I am part of CNRL Petrovera Project as Non-Op Data Administrator. I have prepared report of approx. 1000 well data received to EnCana and entering all data into the system. Besides that I train work practicum students as well who are the part of this project.

Job Type: Records Technician (Records Management Area)
I worked as a well file technician on Temporary basis from April to May '07. Later on I was taken as permanent staff for the position of Records Technician from June '07.
Projects:
I managed a project of sending 600 boxes of accounting files to offsite including data entering them with the support of two staffs. That includes evaluating project duration, resources including man power and quality of data entry. I worked as project expeditor.
I managed another small Project (Data Entry of approx. 6200 Current Files) as a Project Expediter. My responsibilities were to monitor work progress, setting up PC & scanner, preparing work details and doing QC.
Responsibilities:
I manage Operation Accounting (Production and Financial) Files and at the same time doing the requests of files/information. I do the indexing of files, Data entry, Data Management and creation of new file/folder as well. Accounting file room is under my supervision. I mentor and train junior personnel in Records administration.
I participate in cross-training with other records series managed by the team as well. I have working experience of Cuadra Star, Accumap, Qbytes (Beginner), Powerview and Landman software. I handle user requests for information and documents, Sending and/or retrieving records from offsite storage, interacting with internal personnel (Fields) and external contacts (service and supply companies).
I took care of central file requests of the company, sending Back-up Tapes & Boxes offsite and requesting boxes from offsite as well. Besides that I do the related administrative jobs as well as they come up.
15-Nov-08 DMA Canada (From15th November 2006 to 9th Feb 2007)
Job Type: Well File Conversion Project
I worked as team in the above project at TAB Canada. My responsibilities were converting files from various systems to the company's classification standards and file format, searching the index for existing files and comparing for document duplication, creating files and labelling.
I used the physical records/document management systems as workings with off-site storage vendors. I have the basic understanding of Oil & Gas Terminology.

I was a part of then ongoing Project of TAB Canada at Foothill Hospital. My main job there was to do Filing, auditing and labeling.
