Design the pumps based on the building size and offer and offer techno commercially suitable solution for Transfer, Booster and Sewage application.
We offer American Marsh pumps for Chilled water & Dist. Cooling water application.

Kishor Pumps is Indian largest Sewage pumps and Chemical Pumps manufacturer. I was working initially as as Customer support manager, after receipt of Order till Recovery. Co-ordination with Design for getting Drawings for approval for end users, consultants, OEM & OPEMs Submission of Drawings/data sheet & discussions & approvals. Contract Review; follow up for advance & necessary amendments for completion of Contract.
Review with Factory Manager & Plan the deliveries of orders according to Customer Delivery schedules. Identify delays & special monitoring to avoid penalties. Build a case for delivery extensions & justify the delays. Arrange Third Party Inspections &. Arrange Dispatch Clearances from Customers along with the necessary documents like Excise Exemption, Road Permits, payment etc.
Registrations with OEM, OPEM, Govt Department &Consultant for brand approval. Register the After Sales Service Calls, sort out the complaints over phone, if not sorted out plan the visits of Service Engineers after necessary contract with customer adopted the working style of Consultants of all over India & followed for better working.
Implement, monitor ISO systems and activities in Marketing Division
Implementation of activities in focus of cost reduction/manpower reduction & time.

Executed NPC order worth 90 lacs in record time &recovered 7.5 lacs LD from L & T /NPC Bagged highest HP of Submersible Pumps from Hyderabad Contractor. Defined the QC plans & monitored saved power worth 5.6 million rupees in a single years Reduced Manpower in Department by increasing productivity, Responsibility & knowledge. Standardized the Quality Plans according to consultant & saved times /cost Maintained 250 nos pumps in Andhra Pradesh.
