JOB PROFILE:
Supervise project procurement of Machinery for 500 tpd Board Mill
Reporting to Project Manager.

The key Responsibilities included

* Supervise the purchasing / expediting / inspection of project materials worldwide to Saudi Arabia.
* Processing of Purchase requisitions for local & Foreign Procurement of Materials and Services on time at optimum cost in line with the delivery requirements of the project.
* Ensure that all vendors and subcontractors are correctly selected and evaluated on their performance with regard to consistency on price, quality and delivery
* Project Procurement Management Planning, Monitoring project progress and technical reviews.
* Develop and Monitor the US $ 150 million engineering project procurement system
* Inspection of machinery at Manufacturing works and on arrival at site.
* Vendor Management (development, evaluation, standardization).
