* Coordinated with contractor personnel and functional users to gather information concerning system logistics.

Significant Accomplishments:
* Served as a Transportation Specialist Intern for the Department of Transportation as part of the Wounded Warrior Program, November 2005 – September 2006. Assisted in the development of training modules for the mobile hazmat training teams. Performed transportation system analysis to develop innovations in various areas.
* Performed transportation planning functions for the various types of transportation systems such as railway, public transportation, airway and highway considering social, economic and environmental effects of proposed projects.

Operations Supervisor / Petroleum Supply & Transportation, US Army, Fort Carson, CO 2003 – 2004
Supervised and Coordinated activities, maintained fuel accountability, and managed the petroleum quality surveillance program. Ensured the accountability and operational status for a fleet of more than 45 wheeled transportation vehicles, 6 Fuel System Supply Points, and other equipment valued in excess of $10 million.

* Prepared, consolidated, and reviewed appraisals of logistic operational concepts.
* Coordinated and implemented training programs.
* Estimated requirements for cost, personnel, equipment, maintenance, and repair of petroleum distribution facilities.
* Scheduled and dispatched petroleum products through pipelines and other distribution facilities or equipment.

Airfield Service Supervisor, US Army, Overseas 2000 – 2002
Supervised personnel in conducting split-based operations in support of U.S. and Allied peacekeeping operations in the Balkans. Managed more than $1 million in equipment, and $150,000 in Class III products.

* Coordinated delivery by transportation assets, and provided petroleum status updates to the brigade senior management.
* Supervised the acquisition, storage, inspection testing, issue, and distribution of bulk fuel.
* Ensured compliance with all OSHA, HAZMAT and safety regulations during split-base operations.

Aircraft Fuel Handler / Petroleum Supply Specialist, US Army, Fort Carson, CO 1998 – 2000
Accountable for the transportation and storage of petroleum fuel. Developed innovative programs ensuring all functions were completed effectively and in compliance with appropriate regulations. Accountable for equipment valued in excess of $500,000.

* Received and stored bulk and package petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL) products.
* Operated equipment associated with petroleum distribution system and multi-product pipeline system.
* Supervised and managed the reception, storage and shipping of bulk and packaged petroleum-based products.

Significant Accomplishments:
* Commended for certifying more than 100 lines of hazardous materials for air movement from Hungary to Italy.
* Established a successful fuel-handling certification training course qualifying three soldiers.
* Developed SOPs for Class III section in Italy on Aircraft Crash, Fire, HAZMAT Management, and Spill Plan.
* Saved the Army more than $70,000 through proper disposal of HAZMAT property.

Aviation Operations Specialist / Supply Supervisor, US Army 1996 – 1998
Oversaw training and management of the driver training program while deployed to Bosnia-Herzegovina. Led three soldiers, three HMMVs, three non-tactical vehicles, and organizational and installation equipment valued at $350,000.
