Senior Trainer-

Giving theoretical and practical instruction to students from a variety of industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, and aviation. Responsible for the delivery of internationally accredited training courses to vocational students, as well as giving instruction to full time higher education fire safety and well engineering students. Delivering theoretical and practical hazardous material, confined space and dangerous goods training to oil and gas and petrochemical personnel. Responsible for conducting, planning and developing both new and existing courses in addition to providing outreach courses to management and employees of various industries in countries around the middle east as and when required. Currently project managing the training delivery to 3 large organizations in the middle east in addition to supplying consultancy and guidance to a number of others.

Station Officer –

Responsible for the day to day running of a fire station, in addition to carrying out all of the fire safety/prevention duties and training for the site. Supervising and instructing the fire crews in the role of station officer and assuming overall responsibility for all fire related matters in the absence of the fire chief. Compiling and updating company emergency plans. Responding to all emergencies fire or medical as and when required and supervising 2 ex pat sub officers and 30 Egyptian fire fighters in the role of station officer. Managing all fire training and records and writing reports as and when required. The supervision of the servicing of all fire extinguishers and the testing of fire alarm systems on the site. Revising and updating and implementing a comprehensive new annual fire training program, daily schedule and safety program for the station. Carrying out fire risk assessments, preparing fire marshal schemes and writing new evacuation procedures for all of the buildings on site.

Sub Officer (fire training) –

Responsible for all of the fire training on station for fire crews in addition to the compiling of tailor made training courses and presentations to non fire personnel on subjects to include fire fighting tactics, fire safety, extinguishers, and fire prevention. Supervising 25 Egyptian fire crew members in the role of sub officer during operational and non-operational duties. The management of all fire training records and the writing of reports as and when required. Ensuring that all company safety procedures and policies are followed at all times. Revised, updated and implemented a comprehensive annual training schedule for the station in addition to updating the station daily schedule.

The practical and theoretical instruction of aviation fire training as per C.A.A. guidelines for CAP 699 competency based training to fire crews and the management of all records.
