* During the period I actively involved in commissioning / routine / preventive / shutdown maintenance of Thermal power plants, Atomic power plants, MSF Desalination plants, Reverse Osmosis Plant and related units such as CO2 plant, DM water plant, compressed air unit, Potabilization unit, electro chlorination units, chemical injection units, fuel oil handling stations etc

* Computer literate and having valid Saudi Arabian & Indian driving license.

*I can work independently in any process plant such as petrochemical / oil / gas / power / desalination / reverse osmosis etc.

WORK DETAILS

* Trouble shoot and solve instrument related problems on various equipments.
* Performs, weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance on all instruments
* Tests, calibrates and reinstalls repaired instruments and maintains records such as calibration sheets, log book, discrepancy reports as per set procedures.
* Attend to any emergency work and solve critical problems in reasonable time in a safe and qualitative manner
*My works includes repair, maintenance and testing & calibrations of field instruments such as different types of transmitters (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, etc.), Gauges, Recorders.
*Calibration and servicing of pneumatic controllers, transmitters etc.
*Servicing and calibrations of analytical instruments such as PH, Conductivity, ORP, Turbidity, RCl, etc.
* Calibration and maintenance of Solenoid operated valves, Control actuators, Hydraulic/ Pneumatic/motorized control valves.
*Work experience in various types of workshop test equipments, calibrators etc.
*Detailed checking / troubleshooting of logic circuits / control loops with the help of eng.drawings/loopdrawings/wiring diagrams etc.
* Suggests new means of improving the performance and lifetime of the instruments and control equipment
* Minimizes the ¡down-time¡¨ of all installed instruments with planned maintenance and continuous improvement processes.
* Forms part of the team in implementing and commissioning of any new instrument projects
* Also familiar with control relay logic systems, performance checking of thermocouples, RTDs, vibration monitors, manual logic controllers (MLC) etc.
* During the period I am familiar with different process control instrument makers such as Fisher, Rosemount, Bailey, Snamprogetty, Aschroft, Wikai, Nuova Fima, Yokogawa, MHI, Nuovo Pignone, Tailor, Rotex, Zetller, Khrone (H0lland), Peeco, LTR, Servovalve,etc.
*Day to day running and shutdown maintenance.
