Recently completed the redesign of a corporate campus for Pfizer in LaJolla, CA. This included several newly acquired laboratory buildings adjacent to their original campus design. Worked with showroom designers & contractors to create virtual 3D models & walk through presentations for retrofits of area dealership facades. These modifications were designed with AutoCAD-2007, as well as Autodesk's Architectural Desktop, Land Development Desktop, & Civil 3D software as well as Revit & Viz. All were designed to optimally utilize existing structures and phased so as to have minimal effect on commercial business operations. Utilizing conceptual master planning experience with large-scale development projects including single family, multi-family, commercial, office and mixed use projects. Coordinated punch-list & inspections to obtain certificates of occupancy or substantial completion while maintaining a focus on preserving the natural environmental features. Roche Biomedical - Burlington, NC (1995)
40-acre addition to the York Court Main Laboratory site near Elon, NC. This addition adjoined the existing property to West Front Street in Burlington. The combined site, approximately 60 +/- acres, included working in conjunction with the Army Corp of Engineers to delineate the wetland portion and adjusting the connector road's alignment so as not to encroach or negatively impact that portion of the site.

Worked with General & Sub Contractors on coordination of site planning, permitting, and landscaping of over 300 Patient Service Center & Regional Laboratory locations in the Eastern US. Much of this was accomplished with minimal interaction of the locally licensed A&E firms.

Studied under the tutelage of Lewis Clark, the renowned landscape architect of the 70's, consulted with historic commission on the grounds maintenance of the Chinqua-Penn estate, and coordinated the design and replanting of municipal landscaping to ensure a contiguous appearance with 'Corporate Campus' landscaping throughout the Downtown Burlington Historic District.

Additionally, as an integral part of the many completed restoration projects, I have accrued an in-depth knowledge of asbestos, lead, and mold/mildew abatement procedures.

Post merger with former National Health Laboratories of LaJolla, CA, there existed a duplication of several hundred Patient Service Center and Regional Laboratory sites throughout the US. This began an attrition and recombination project of corporate owned facilities on a national scale the details of which are too involved to be properly presented in this format.
