JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing a team of qualified service engineers providing service support to various hospitals for medical instruments of our principals. Covering installation, user training & after sales support. Plan adequate inventory of spares, reagents and consumables to maintain smooth supplies to hospitals. Revenue generation through execution of Annual Maintenance contract after warranty period. January 1994 to December 1994: Worked as Branch Service-in-charge at New Delhi. Looked after service functions in Delhi and Haryana region for GOLDSTAR CTVs, VCPs and other products.
