Calibration and designing of the different hydrological instruments, Identification and instrumentation of potential sites for paired catchments studies, initiating stream gauging, rainfall, surface and groundwater monitoring collecting samples and designing and installation of the stilling well for stream gauging stations, pan evaporimeter, soil moisture, infiltration test using Disc Permeameter for soil hydraulic conductivity, and setting up of meteorological station inside the National parks (Bandipur, and Biligiri Rangan Swamy temple Wild life sanctuary) in the parts of Western Ghats, India. Supervision of two assistant Field Hydrologist and field assistants ; co-works on hydrology projects being undertaken by Civil Engineering students IIT, Roorkee, consultants and research scientists from other research organizations. Effectively liaises with personnel from other research organizations to ensure co-operative projects are completed and produce useful outcomes.
