Specialty in Transaction Screen Processes, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Due Diligence risk assessments. Environmental site assessments: UST consultation, closures/removal, site investigations, risk-based corrective action, monitoring well installation for soil and groundwater sampling, plume delineation; site remediation including the oversight of installation, up to and including minimal operation and maintenance of remediation systems, multi-dimensional fate and transport groundwater modeling.
Phase I and Phase II site assessments: Fieldwork including ground and surface water sampling, soil and asbestos sampling, and drilling (rotary auger, rock coring, and Geo-probe technology). Report writing to include Corrective Action Plans (Part A and Part B), Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, UST Closure Reports, Monitoring, and Completion Reports. Also performing Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Inspections, Mold Assessments, providing Operation & Maintenance Plans & Remediation Plans, under direction of an in-house Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). Working towards Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification, and eventually CIH.

Completed Phase I site assessment for six tracts of property (totaling over 7,000 acres) in Greensboro, Georgia.
Conducted Phase I and Asbestos Survey for county medical examiner's facility in Atlanta, Georgia.
Conducted Phase I and compliance review of large textile facilities in Boston, Massachusetts and Raleigh, North Carolina. Numerous issues at each facility lead to more investigative projects.
Conducted Phase I and compliance review of concrete-batch plant outside Tampa, Florida.
Conducted Phase I site assessments for apartment complexes in West Palm Beach and Orlando, Florida.
Conducted Phase I and compliance review of metal fabrication company in Anderson, South Carolina.
