1.Allhabad Rice Processing Cluster Development Programme: Experience of study, research and sub sector report preparation of 'Rice Processing Cluster', Allahabad; Glass beads cluster, Hathrash ; and Handloom cluster, Kalpi; using tools like sub-sector mapping, sub-sector analysis, value chain analysis and interview and discussion with more than 300 entrepreneurs and Business Development Service (BDS) providers during the research process of making sub sector report.
2.Uttaranchal Rural Poultry Development Project (Concept marketing): Made access to 16,000 families through establishing a supply chain with NGOs, CBOs, DRDA, PRIs, SHGs and ensured 25% contribution to achieve the target of the project during three year assignment as 'District Extension Officer' with government of Uttaranchal (Uttaranchal Rural Poultry Development Project).
3.Capicity Building and Training: Conducted around 150 (One hundred fifty) Awareness, Capacity Building and Training workshops in collaboration with PRIs, CBOs, NGOs, DRDA, on district, block and community level and five Entrepreneurship Development Program, Trainers Training Program, Leadership Development Program; for General Entrepreneurs, NGO functionaries and SHG Leaders; (15 to 45 days Training programmes). Conducted more than 30 Entrepreneurship Awareness Program (3 days each programme) for final year students of various engineering and professional institutions including IT BHU.
4.SHG development: Handling experience of 150 SHGs and their linkages with banks, NBCFDC, NABARD, KVIC, and SIDBI with the help of team members.
5.Events Leading: Anchoring experience of many state level programmes viz State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttaranchal Ltd (SIDCUL) inauguration programme, Uttaranchal Rural Poultry Development Project (URPDP) inauguration Programme etc chaired by Chief Minister, and Ministers of different portfolios respectively.
6.CCF (Christian Children Fund) affiliated Family Helper Project: Routine monitoring of livelihood, health and educational status of affiliated families and intervention accordingly.
7.Free launce Consultancy: Impact Assessment programme, Social research & Base Line Survey for Margdarshak-Oxfom, Rating and indepth analysis of MFIs for Trust Micro Finance -Sadhan, Manuals Translation (English to Hindi) on Sericulture, Dairy and Beekeeping for Margdarshak- ATI.
