Ten years of experience as principle broker and owner of Emerald Coast Mortgage in Panama City Beach, FL. This involved originating and closing millions of dollars in loans with Norwest Mortgage, Wells Fargo (after they purchased Norwest Mortgage),
Countrywide Home Loans, Union Planters Bank, Regions Mortgage, and a variety of second mortgage companies from Destin, FL., To, Atlanta, GA.

Job Description Analyzing applications for approval according to credit, employment, assets, income, and real estate owned ensuring that the information presented in the file, before it reached an underwriter, was accurate and adhered to the lender's underwriting guidelines, policies and procedures. Extensive experience with fannie maes 'Desktop Originator' (DO) web site. Correctly inputting information into their database.
