My assignments during that period included:
* Develop online video ergonomic training program, using office stretching exercises for prevention of work related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSDs)
* Videotape tasks during manual handling activities on site for BP Texas Offshore Operations.
* Field job analysis; identification of hazardous tasks with excessive forces, and recommendations
* Develop a team competition walking program to increase physical activity and reduce sedentary employees.

Investigator, Texas A&M project on "work related low back pain" among selected industries in Texas, April 2004- April 2005
In order to identify high risk tasks for developing low back pain in trade and manufacturing industries, baseline information was collected including medical examination of the employees, and a computerized based questionnaire developed. Employees answered questions related to their health and family health history. They also provided information on their work conditions. A monthly follow up including few questions was carried, to check whether employees have developed low back pain or an existing low back pain has worsened.
