1. M/S. Versha Alloys Limited, Malanpur Distt. Bhind. The case was filed by me.
2. M/S. M.D.S., Banmore Distt. Morena -- The case was properly persued.
2. Closure order was implemented against the Bharat Breweries a Distillery Unit located near Gwalior while other 8 Distilleries of Madhya Pradesh obtained stay Order from High Court Bench at Indore in 1993 in a Order passed by Hon'ble Justice Mr. A. R. Tiwari.
1995 - 1996 M. P. Pollution Control Board.

(Districts: - Bhopal, Sehore, Vidisha, Raisen, Betul, Hoshangabad)
1. Successful Conviction orders were obtained from the Court against M/S. Saiyadri Paper Mill, Budhni Distt. Sehore in which 6 months of imprisonment was awarded by the by the Court to one of the accused.
2. Successful conviction orders were obtained from the Court against a supplier under Consumer Protection Act for not providing proper services.

1. For the first time in the History of M. P. State Pollution Control Board the Bank Guarantee of M/S. Sudarshan Precision, Dewas and M/s. Earnest Finvest Pvt. Ltd., Dewas was forfeited for not installing Effluent Treatment Plant.
2. Successful conviction orders were obtained from the Court against M/S. Dewas Synthetics, Dewas in which the Court ordered for the fine and one and half year of imprisonment to the accused.
2000 -2002 M. P. Pollution Control Board.

1. First Prosecution of Madhya Pradesh State Pollution Control Board was filed by me against the biggest Government hospital of the State M/S. M.Y. Hospital for violation of Biomedical Waste Rules, 1998.
2.. First Prosecution of Madhya Pradesh State Pollution Control Board was filed by me against the biggest private hospital of the State M/s. Choithram Hospital, Indore for violation of Biomedical Waste Rules, 1998.
3. First common incinerator facility of Madhya Pradesh state was started in Indore by Nursing Home Association, Indore for treatment of Bio-medical waste of Hospitals and Nursing Homes after proper persuation.
4. As many as 30 industrial units were issued closure directions under different Environmental laws for improving Environmental compliance. This is a record of the last 25 years of working of State Board.
5. For the first time in the History of Madhya Pradesh State Pollution Control Board, Prosecution has been launched with the help of District Administration against the units for violation of Recycled Plastic Manufacture and Usage Rules, 1999. first time in the History
6. For the first time in the history of Madhya Pradesh State Pollution Control Board a Distillery unit namely M/S. Kedia Liquor Limited, Dhar factory was Sealed off using the provisions of section of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
7. For the first time in the History of Madhya Pradesh a survey was conducted along with District Administration of Indore for identifying the PUC centers which were issuing fake PUC certificates and selling adulterated fuel and prosecution was launched under I.P.C.
2003 - 2005

1. The State Board on my written advice adopted resolution of Renewal of consent for a period of 3/5/10 years for the Industries.
2. Board has adopted the resolution for obtaining bank guarantee from the industries only on the advise given by me. Even the CPCB started using this option.
3. As many as 46 Industrial units were issued direction of Closure in compliance to the Hon'ble Supreme Court Order dated 13-10-2003. The total direction of Closure in the State is only 75.
4. About 100 Industrial units were issued direction of Closure in compliance under different Environmental Laws for ensuring Compliance in the year 2004.These action had become instrumental for the development of First common Hazardous waste Treatment & Disposal facility of Madhya Pradesh state which is now under construction in Pithampur industrial estate.

1.Direction to close down the unit was issued by my signature to the only Diamond Mining unit of the country located in Distt. Panna of MP
2. Directions to close down the unit were issued for many Mining units for non compliance of law.
