- Insist that safety procedures are strictly enforced, by company and sub contractors, on all designated areas. This will include necessary documentation associated with the designated area.
- Prepare project specific HSE Plans, for approval by Head of HSE Dept. and ensure effective implementation through sampling, tours, inspections and auditing.
- Guide, manage and control the site HSE Representative in the implementation of the company HSE Management System.
- Assist in all reasonable practicable means to motivate employees and promote their increased HSE awareness.
- Coordinate and communicate HSE activities between company and client, consultant, contractors and/or sub contractors who may be working on the same site or in close proximity.
- Follow up on corrective and preventative actions, through the risk assessment process, to ensure all identified steps have been taken.
