I have an experience in the different water treatment process and all the activities (start up, operation and quality control) needed for producing high quality water such as:
- High-pressure boilers & turbines up to 320 MW/h (steam – water cycle) conditioning and lay up.
- Boilers (pre & post operation) chemical cleaning process.
- Desalination plants using RO units.
- Demineralization plants & condensate polishing plants (using ion exchange resins).
- Chlorination plants.
- Closed cooling cycle water treatment.
- Industrial waste water treatment plants.
- Potable water treatment plants (up to 450,000 cubic meters per day).
- Sewage wastewater (aerobic and anaerobic) biological treatment plants (up to 1,300,000 cubic meters per day).
Swimming pools water treatment units.
Also I have experience in commissioning activities in liquefied natural gas LNG production and loading systems and completely aware about HSE (health, safety & environment) safety programs inside LNG plants.

Starting from 10/2004 until now work with TECHINT CIMI_MONTUBI S.p.A. as a commissioning engineer in Nigeria liquefied natural gas (NLNG) plus project.
I was shared in the commissioning activities for the next units:
1. New LNG loading jetty.

Degremont – Egypt (Frenchian Company):
Starting from 11/2003 until 6/2004 work with Degremont as a start up & operation shift leader engineer for (Cairo East) Gable El-Asfar waste water treatment plant (650,000 cubic meters per day).
Starting from 6/2004 until 10/2004 work with Degremont as a sludge line superintendent for (Cairo East) Gable El-Asfar waste water treatment plant (650,000 cubic meters per day) having experience in operation of:
- Screw pumps lifting stations.
- Pre treatment units (screening, grease and sand removing).
- Aerobic biological treatment.
- Chlorination plant.
- Sludge thickening plants (gravity thickeners & dissolved air flotation).
- Anaerobic biological treatment (primary and secondary digesters).
- Mechanical dewatering using belt press filters.
- RO plant and dgt potable water compact unit (UCD).
Arab co O&M:
Starting from 12/2002 until 11/2003 work with AC O&M as an operation manager of Sheikh Zayed city PWTP (450,000 cubic meter per day) and its intake P.S. and booster P.S. using system control and data acquisition SCADA system, and computerized plant control system PCS.
Bamag [f.k.a. Lurgi Bamag] – Egypt (Germanic Company):
*Starting from 09/2002 until 12/2002 work with BAMAG [f.k.a. Lurgi Bamag] as an operation manager of Sheikh Zayed city potable water treatment plant (450,000 cubic meter per day) and its intake and booster P.S. using system control and data acquisition SCADA system, and computerized plant control system PCS.
Lurgi Bamag GmbH – Egypt (Germanic Company):
*Starting from 06/2001 until 12/2001 work with Lurgi Bamag GmbH as a start up engineer of Sheikh Zayed City potable water treatment plant.
*Starting from 12/2001 until 09/2002 work with Lurgi Bamag GmbH as a shift leader in the operation of Sheikh Zayed City potable water treatment plant (450,000 cubic meter per day).
ANSALDO ENERGIA – Egypt (Italian company):
*Starting from 01/1996 until 03/1997 work with ANSALDO ENERGIA as a start up engineer (EEA SIDE) in Assiut TPP unit 2*320 for the next:
- Raw water treatment, Chlorination plant.
- Demineralization plant.
- Industrial waste treatment plant.
- Sewage water biological treatment plant.

*Starting from 03/1997 until 06/2001 work with EEA as a shift leader in Assiut TPP 1*320 MW / h having an experience covers all the processing needed for start up and operation for:
