02/94 – Present IT / OHM CORPORATION, Miami Fl., Superintendent, Project Manager.
Provide project management and technical support for federal, municipal, and private industrial clients. Currently managing SFWMD 3/4 Works Structures, and L-5-1, -2, and -3 Bridge Construction. Management duties include providing client deliverables, construction management, cost tracking, maintaining and updating schedules, procurement, value engineering, client interaction, bidding, subcontractor management, schedule of values and change orders for a $11.5 million contract.
Completed environmental construction and remediation for the Texaco, DERM 04, DERM 01, AFCEE, Solid Waste Miami-Dade County and Management of Southeast Region for Atlanta Solid Waste Group, SFWMD, LANTDIV, and private commercial, industrial clients. Completed environmental construction and remediation, soil removal, three-phase extraction, air sparging, thermal treatment, catalyst treatment, pilot studies for soil vapor extraction (SVE), and installation and operation of environmental systems to characterize and remediate impacted sites. Provided client deliverables including work plans, construction schedules daily reports, and final reports. Specialized duties included installation, programming, and operation of RO Plants in and out of the United States, installation, programming operation of SBR Facility. Complete construction of water and waste water treatment plants for Nadap at Cherry Point, NC. Other duties include environmental sampling, system O&M, construction demolition, and project health and safety with no OSHA recordables.

Performed project management, procurement, installation, O&M of air sparging, SVE and groundwater pump and treat systems. Design, installation, and operation of Closed Loop Marina Bottom Wash Systems, including chemical treatment with flocculent, reagents, pH control for heavy metal removals. Work completed under Southeast Corporation, Ebasco, FDEP, Sonic Aviation, and commercial, industrial contracts. Duties included bidding, procurement, contracts, supervisory, training, and ozone treatment.
04/89 - 08/91 B&E EQUIPTMENT. Sunrise Fl., Environmental Technician
Field technical lead for Gulf and BP gas stations. Job duties included 13 O&M sites, included maintenance, sampling, limited construction and installation of double-walled fiberglass tanks. Duties include supervising field crews, providing technical assistance on design and installation of systems, providing data, and performing operations and maintenance as required.

Perform CNC programming on Fanuc Controls and machinist for government contracts. Work duties included R&D work on aircraft for Pratt & Wittney, General Electric, Avco Lycombings and Rolls Royce. Worked on Star Wars Project, M-1 Tanks, and Jet Engines. Job duties included set-up, programming, and production runs on exotic metals such as Wasploy, Inconel, Hastings 714 and Titanium.
