Responsible for implementation, management & oversight of several environmental programs: Asbestos Management, Lead-Based Paint Management, and Toxics Substances Management (such as PCBs). Conduct various exposure and emergency investigations pertaining to asbestos, lead, and PCBs -conduct environmental and/or exposure sampling, report writing. Coordinate with regulatory agencies as they relate to base projects including permit and submittal review, and regulatory inspections.
